Newnan Center
Responding to numerous requests, Mercer University has worked with the leaders of Coweta County’s business and education communities to establish a new site for working adult programs at Coweta’s Central Education Center in Newnan, Georgia. Beginning with the Fall 2010 term - pending approval by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges - Mercer will offer undergraduate degree programs for working adults from its Tift College of Education, and the College of Continuing and Professional Studies. Additional programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels are planned for future terms.
